Saint Claret College (Autonomous), Ziro is committed to ensuring that no deserving student is deprived of quality higher education due to financial constraints. The College facilitates a wide range of government scholarships, institutional scholarships, endowment scholarships, merit awards, and financial assistance schemes to support students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. In addition to assisting students in availing Central and State Government scholarships, the College has established several scholarships and awards through institutional endowments and the generous contributions of benefactors, alumni, and well-wishers.
Students may avail themselves of scholarships such as the APST Stipend provided by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, the UGC Ishan Uday Scholarship for students from the North Eastern Region, and a number of SCCZ Institutional Scholarships, including Residential Scholarships, Academic Scholarships, Single Step Foundation Scholarship, Arunachal Times Media Scholarship, Fr. Tomy Scholarship, Saju-Bindu Scholarship, Gigi-Mini Scholarship, Edacheriparampil Mathew–Elizabeth Memorial Scholarship, Theresiakutty Memorial Scholarship, Nirmala Frank Scholarship, Tiny Miracles Trust Scholarships, and several merit awards instituted by the College and its benefactors. These scholarships recognize academic excellence, support financially challenged and differently abled students, encourage women's education, and reward outstanding achievements in academics and other fields.
To be eligible for scholarships, students must ordinarily be regular students in good standing, maintain a minimum of 75% attendance, satisfy the specific eligibility criteria prescribed for each scholarship, and submit the required documents within the stipulated time. Except where specifically permitted, a student shall not claim more than one scholarship simultaneously. The award of Government scholarships shall be subject to the rules of the respective funding agencies, while institutional scholarships shall be governed by the regulations and selection procedures approved by the College.
The College encourages philanthropists, alumni, families, corporate organizations, and charitable institutions to institute scholarships and endowment funds to support deserving students. Through these initiatives, Saint Claret College continues its mission of promoting inclusive, equitable, and affordable quality education for all.
